Nowadays, with the rapid popularization of the Internet, electronic terminal equipment such as computers and mobile phones is undergoing rapid development. Both network capability and hardware conditions have greatly improved. However, these devices are now with the situation of capacity surplus in meeting the needs of users at the same time.Therefore, virtual computing environment, cloud computing platform came into being. The role of these platforms is to use idle part of the network equipment and hardware plenty and effectively. The workflow of the platform, in fact, is to get and concentrate resources uniformly to manage information of resource characteristics, then schedules resources reasonably and distributes according to need, finally finishes the work.In the virtual computing environment and cloud computing platform,the resource module is undoubtedly an important part. With the big growing of cloud computing platform cluster environment, the resource content is more complex,and how to manage resources effectively and allocate resources rationally so as to make scheduling tasks reasonable and effective becomes the difficult and important points that affect the efficiency of cloud computing. The selection and development of resource management, matching and scheduling strategy affect the utilization efficiency of the whole platform and the service level to users.It is the core of virtual computing environment and cloud computing platform.In this paper with the real IVCE virtual computing environment, the first is to research key technology of the existing resource management and then found that the problem is no purpose of scheduling because resource management in resource matching, scheduling strategy ignored the inherent characteristics of resources. According to the above situation,data mining clustering algorithm in the model of thinking can effectively manage the resources and clustering, and then effectively match the corresponding tasks. In all kinds of clustering algorithms, according to the relevant characteristics of IVCE virtual computing platform, after studying various clustering algorithms, it is found that BIRCH clustering algorithm has good scalability, data structure adaptability, anti-noise and usability which is very fit with the current mainstream of the virtual computing environment and cloud computing platform. This paper applies BIRCH algorithm to the virtual computing environment and the resource management of cloud computing platform, and improves the algorithm according to the characteristics of the platform.At the same time, this paper designs and implements the resource management system based on IVCE, which is the resource module. It introduces the function and realization of each module of resource module in detail, and applies the clustering algorithm in the resource management subsystem. Through the application of the improved clustering algorithm, the resource matching and resource scheduling task matching in the resource management process is improvedand the corresponding execution time is shortened, thereby achieving to improve the scheduling time and platform execution efficiency.With the development of network and hardware and software,security issues are always accompanied in the cloud platform, and resource management also exists. In order to improve the stability of the server, the reliability of the process and the security of data transmission,this paper introduces the high availability cluster into theresource management of the IVCE platform. Through the addition of the standby nodes, the resource module can provide backup node switching services when there are some problems in network, program execution and message transmission. Thereby reducing the security risks of resource modules, and improve IVCE platform services and resource modules of the robustness of the work.
