With the economic development,private cars and non-motor vehicles are entering into peoples'lives gradually.The increasing number of cars has brought a big challenge to vehicle administration office.Currently,traditional service mode is limited by many factors,such as office location,time and human resources,etc.Meanwhile,the masses have new demands for the traffic safety,such a timeliness,conveniences,quickness,individuation and diversification.Therefore,the traditional service mode cannot meet the requirements from the masses.Fortunately,as the internet technology increasingly gets matured,the traditional vehicle administration business is going to be realized online.By considering the security,stabilization and efficiency,this paper drafts the total design scheme by using internet technology after studied the existed framework technology,business functions and processes of vehicle administration service system in China,finally designing and realizing ASP.NET-frame-based multi-functional integrated vehicle administration service system by adopting Redis in-memory database and distributed technology.At present,the web-based service has completed,including traffic management affairs,safety propaganda,warning education,information inquiry of traffic management,notifications,reports,illegal behaviors of civil servants,the appointment/acceptance/handling service of traffic management,and SMS information of traffic management.In Nanning,everyone should learn for registering the number of electric bicycle,but the quota of registration service is limited daily.Thus,if the masses can make an appointment online for dealing with the registration service of electric bicycle,it would be more equitable openly.As for the appointment data about electric bicycle with high concurrency in short time,this paper utilizes Redis in-memory database to dispose the concurrent accesses in the form of queue,which ensures the consistency of data.At the same time,on the both of client-side and server-side,it is adopted HTTPS communication protocol and bidirectional authentication for symmetric keys to guarantee the data security farthest.The traffic management business include re-submitting,renewing and registering plate number of motor vehicle,vehicle registration certificate,as well as re-submitting and renewing conformity inspection mark of motor vehicle,plate number pre-selection of motor vehicle,appointment of vehicle safety technology inspection,application temporary license number of motor vehicle,re-submitting,renewing and registering motor vehicle driving license,pre-registered examination,submitting physical condition certificate of driver,delaying the time of the renewal,verification and submitting physical condition certificate of driver,illegal behavior treatment and fines payment,etc.This paper proposes the system objective,feasibility study,software engineering analysis and design for business functions,and elaborates the deployment structure and key technologies of software.Furthermore,the developed system is verified strictly and promoted to operate in Nanning,which significantly relieves the business pressures borne by service counter of traffic management departments while meeting the demands of vehicle administration service from the masses to the biggest extent.
