Implement Of Management Information System Of Floating Population Based On SOA

With the rapid economic and social development in our country and the effective promotion of urbanization,the floating population continues to increase,posing great challenges to the population management of relevant departments.In order to improve the management efficiency of the floating population,improve the service level of the floating population and provide support for the government to formulate the relevant policies,this paper proposes the construction of the floating population management information system to realize the social sharing of the government floating population information and the realization of the floating population management mode From the static management to the leap of dynamic management,the actual living and changes of the floating population in the jurisdiction area should be grasped by each household so that all the units can grasp the living conditions of the floating population in a comprehensive,timely and accurate manner.Based on the idea of software engineering,the thesis analyzes and designs and realizes the management information system of floating population based on SOA using the object-oriented method.Based on the actual situation of cities and counties in Hunan Province,this paper divides the floating population management system into six core functions,namely,the floating population information management(including inflow and outflow),residence permit management,rental housing management,inquiry and statistical analysis management,early warning Management and system management.On the basis of this,we use Java EE technology,Axis2 technology and My SQL database technology to construct,design and develop the system from a technical level to meet the management of all aspects of the floating population.Guided by the concept of SOA architecture,all of the core functions of the system are encapsulated as independent services with a clear callable interface.These services can be flexibly combined under the organization of specific business processes to use the floating population in different regions Management practices,and shielding the differences caused by the agreement and the platform to meet the actual management of the floating population at the same time,with other businesses to achieve seamless integration.System on-line operation,to promote a more standardized,standardized and flexible management of floating population,improve the management efficiency offloating population,reduce the cost of population management and reduce the loopholes in management,to a certain extent,speed up the demographic information of our country The pace of change has played an important role both in terms of service level,operation mechanism and supporting scientific decision-making.
