| In order to further deepen the implementation of the Police Security Information Network and information security management system,and regulate the behavior of the network-users' applications,quantify the security risks,timely dispose the violations,implement the standardization and informationization of the safety management work,and improve the Police security information network management level and efficiency,the second phase of the construction planning named ‘golden shield project',clearing put forword the construction of the SOC(Security Operatins Center):to further enhance the safe and reliable operation level of the Police security information network.SOC is a information srcurity proce ss management application system,accordanced with the requirements of the ISMS(Information Security Management System)as plan ? implementation ? inspection and treatment of circulation,and all kinds of security technology ?information technology and the workflow management technology of whole-life-cycle information assets,to support the user establishing ?implementing?run?maintain and continuous improvement of the information security management system,and the key to every link of the security management affairs.SOC can be regard as the information security management system rqquired by <ISO 27001-2013 the informatization of landing platform>.The construction and application of the police-private-network SOC,will help the police information network based on the informational technology ‘platform',build perfect and rigorous ‘people-technology-management' trinity comprehensive information security protection system.This thsis presents limitations of the current network security,explores functions of the network security management platform,and based on these,a network security management platform is designed and implemented.Then the overall structure is analyzed,and the alert correlation discussed.Finally,the applications and prospects are summarized. |
