Research On Construction And Evaluation Of Software Quality Management System In A Company

In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet era of information technology,the software industry has produced profound change in developed countries,Japan,the United States and Germany maintain the leading position for technical design ability of software development,and they get the excellent R&D personnel.Although the software development industry in China is growing rapidly,it still has a big gap compared with the developed countries.Therefore,domestic and foreign scholars began to pay attention to the software level management of the relevant theoretical and practical aspects of the study.A company is a state-controlled joint-stock enterprises,and its main business is to research and develop parts and components software for the automobile main factory.The company adapt to the development of the trend,to seize the Chinese auto industry on the high-end precision molds with a huge market demand opportunities and the rapid rise of the domestic mold industry opportunities,make full use of the northeastern region which still has no high-end precision progressive die manufacturing manufacturers to carry out automation level Mold product control software development project,trying to make the project a new economic growth point of the group,with independent intellectual property rights of products to contribute to economic development.However,there are many problems such as imperfect project management system,insufficient product requirement analysis,unreasonable project schedule,inadequate project supervision and schedule control.In view of the above problems,combined with the company's project policy,market prospects,their own advantages and other conditions,A company quality management structure,software project quality management system,software project management process are introduced.Combining the theory of ISO9000 and CMMI certification system,the software project quality management system of A company is constructed.Starting from the node key management process management architecture specification,requirement management,project planning,quality assurance and control,according to the workflow and document flow system project process,the construction of the quality management system of the corresponding project.Finally,the software quality management system of A company is evaluated by the analytic hierarchy process.On the basis of determining the evaluation process,the experts are selected to score,and the software management quality management system of Company A is evaluated by AHP.In the evaluation process based on the selection of expert scoring,using AHP to evaluate the quality management system of software project in A company,the evaluation results of the final analysis,the results showed that although the A company focus on project quality management in development,but there are still problems.In this paper,the project quality management problems,proposed to build efficient project internal communication mechanism,establish the cost awareness of project members,optimize the allocation of project resources and so on.The studies of quality of software development project of A company,not only provides a new theoretical perspective for the domestic and foreign scholars to research on project management in the software industry,but also provides a new way for the industry development of domestic software from the practice of project management,optimization of the project management process.
