Design And Implementation Of Student Information Management System In Private Universities

As the country vigorously into sustained in education,higher education schools to cultivate more talents,the higher education schools cultivate talents not only need to improve the quality of teaching survey,but also to improve the management level of student work and cultivation literacy have high quality students.Student management is mainly related to the student's status information management,student aid management,student counseling management,as well as the system's basic management and role management.This paper is based on the actual situation of Guangzhou colleges and universities,the management situation of college students research and the existing problems,analysis of system demand for informatization level is not high,practicality is not strong,can not reflect the actual demand,the various departments of the situation.In the research,with the reality of college students as a background,starting from the needs of the school and the students' needs,design a student information management system,the application results show that the system can effectively improve the existing student management problems in the colleges and universities,improve school management level,promote the overall progress and development of the college.This paper analyzes the university student information management system work flow,compilation of the information demand of university management information,analysis and design in strict accordance with the software development process,determine the system architecture diagram,flow chart,using B/S technology,using SQL Server database,the definition of a rich interface improve the relevant operation,provides a strong support for the management of students.Tests show that the system runs stably and functions normally.In the actual promotion and application,the effect of the system has been recognized by the school.The system is simple and convenient,and effectively solves the problem of low efficiency of information management of university students.It ensures the orderly development of management in Colleges and universities through information technology,and has certain practical value.
