Research On Science And Technology Information Service Strategy Of National University Science Park Under The Background Of "Start-ups And Innovation By The Public"

As an important component of the national innovation system,the national university science park is further strengthening the innovative capabilities of serving small and medium-sized enterprises.Under the background of "startups and innovation by the public",it is the fundamental purpose of science and technology information service to inject lasting vitality into the innovation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises.From the "information revolution" in the traditional industrial era to the "information competition" in the "start-ups and innovation by the public" era,it is the first priority for science and technology information service how to use science and technology information comprehensively and mathematically in innovation-driven development strategy.The rise of "start-ups and innovation by the public" shows that the state attaches great importance and affirmation to science and technology information,but the reality that science and technology information has unequal supply and demand provides the accurate entry point for this study.Therefore,this research regards the scientific and technological information as the research object,the small and medium-sized enterprise as the science and technology information demanding party,and the national university science park as the scientific intelligence supplying party,finding that science and technology information supply and demand unequal problems,and put forward science and technology information service strategy adaptive to the development of "start-ups and innovation by the public" era.This study is divided into four stages:First of all,using literature research method,we systematically collect and collate the research literature about science and technology information service,and take command of the research situation of science and technology information service so as to provide theoretical support and practical basis for this research of service strategy.Secondly,using comparative analysis and website research method,by analyzing the operation of famous university science and technology parks at domestic and abroad,to understand the status quo and shortcomings of science and technology information services both at domestic and abroad,and find the entry point for the proposed strategy of science and technology information services;In addition,using questionnaire method,through the questionnaire to the 92 small and medium-sized enterprises in the national university science park in Southwest University of Science and Technology,to understand their specific needs of scientific and technological information in the environment of "startups and innovation by the public".Finally,from four perspectives-science and technology information service concept,science and technology information service content,science and technology information service mode,"think tank" service,proposing science and technology information service strategy that adapts to the "start-ups and innovation by the public" era.and provide a reference for the practice of science and technology information in national university science park.Science and technology parks provide a wide range of science and technology information services including the latest trends in innovation and entrepreneurship,science and technology development strategy,cutting-edge science and technology,emerging science and technology and other information,and in this way,to provide more channels for small and medium-sized enterprises to access to scientific and technological information timely and accurately,accelerating the pace of innovation in science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises,promoting vitality and flourish of "public entrepreneurship and innovation".
