With the progress of society,the rapid development of science and technology,the degree of intelligence is getting higher and higher.The frequency of internet medical treatment is increasing in every big technology layout.It includes the Internet as the carrier and the technical means of health education,medical information,electronic health records,disease risk assessment,online consultation of diseases,electronic prescription,remote consultation,remote treatment and rehabilitation and other forms of health care services.This puts forward higher requirements for Internet information transmission.Not only the transmission speed is high,but also the data is very accurate.Therefore,the high speed and accuracy of information transmission become the most important factor restricting the development of internet medical treatment.The main purpose of this research is to improve the speed,accuracy and real-time of information transmission.The purpose of this research is to improve the speed,accuracy and real-time of information transmission,improve the accuracy and real-time of medical information transmission,and lay the foundation for telemedicine.The focus of this paper is to study the multi-path transmission path selection algorithm,the sender and receiver data control algorithm,as well as medical image processing,transmission and restoration.There are three difficulties that faced in this paper.One is according to the existing algorithm of multi path transmission packet new path selection algorithm;The secondly is when sending large data,how to avoid the receiver cache congestion problem;The thirdly is the direct transmission NS2 simulation software can not realize video or pictures,how to realize the simulation of medical image information transmission.In view of the above problems encountered.We read a lot of references,research achievements of domestic and foreign research,in-depth understand the stream control transmission protocol(SCTP)and the realization of the principle,grasp the implementation of stream control transmission protocol multiple path,then proposed a multi group multi path SCTP-CMT algorithm based on parallel transmission.This paper deeply studies the algorithms of cache processing at the receiving end of the path transmission at home and abroad.In order to balance the dynamic balance between transmission and reception and maintain the stability of data transmission,this paper proposed a dynamic control method for terminal negative feedback.By setting the buffer threshold of the receiver,adjusting the amount of transmitted data of the transmitter and realizing the dynamic balance of the amount of data in the buffer area of the receiver,so as to solve the buffer problem at the receiving end.Combined with advanced research technology at home and abroad,this paper analyzed the video coding/decoding standards,principles and the current encoding/decoding technology,including MPEG,H.264/svc and so on.Using encoding and decoding technology,this paper treated the medical image data to be processed into field,and realized the simulation of NS2 network transmission.Through the network simulation scenario built by NS2,the link transmission effect is analyzed by combining throughput,queuing delay and other parameters.Comparing the medical influence data of sender and receiver,the effect of link transmission is visualized.The simulation results show that the parallel multi-group multi-path transmission algorithm proposed in this paper can meet the basic transmission of medical impact,and verify the feasibility of parallel multi-group multi-path in Internet medical.In the end,the paper summarizes the subject.It also expounds some deficiencies in the design of the subject and the following research work and summarizes the main work and research results of the project and graduate students.
