In recent years,with the development of the Internet,the social Q & A website based on the web2.0 platform has become the main platform for people to exchange information as the main form of a new generation of Q & A services.Here,the production,transmission and reception of information are organically combined Together,two-way dynamic exchange of information infiltrated the entire information exchange process.The key to the continued development of the Q & A community is community content and community members.Therefore,how to motivate users to actively participate in the generation and sharing of information content,enhance the connection between users,and ultimately enhance the attractiveness of new users and the stickiness of the old users is the need of social Q & A community Closely concerned about the issue.User is the main body of information science research.User theory is one of the most important research fields in information science.The research on information behavior of social question and answer community users will help to enrich and expand the theory.First of all,on the basis of combing the literature,combined with the interactive behavior of network users and the classic theoretical framework of traditional user behavior,this paper analyzes and studies the social behavior of users in social quiz from the perspective of interaction,and mainly discusses the connotation of interaction between users and users Features,contents and modes of interaction,interaction modes,influence of interaction process,etc.The structure of information interaction and the mode of information interaction are also constructed.Then,using the most representative social quiz website "Knowing the World" as the research object,this study uses statistical methods such as correlation analysis and multiple regression to study the impact of the Big Five personality traits on user information behavior.The empirical results show that knowing the user's information behavior has the characteristics of light knowledge-based,fragmented information acquisition,information demand motivation,and user persistence.Statistical analysis shows that different personality traits have an impact on user information behavior and have different impacts.Dutiful and extroverted personality traits have a significant positive effect on users' three kinds of information behaviors,while neurotic and pleasant traits have less influence on user information behaviors.Finally,the following suggestions are put forward for the sustainable development of the Q & A community: First,to optimize the mobile APP to know the fragmentation of mobile users;secondly,to improve the user big data to meet the user's knowledge-based information needs;thirdly,Personality traits oriented,improve the site user incentives;fourth,the use of user personality traits,personalized information services.There are seven chapters in this study.The first chapter is about the research background,research purpose,research methods and so on.The second chapter summarizes the related concepts and research status of social information quiz community user behavior.The third chapter analyzes the information behavior of socialized quizzes of community users from the perspective of interaction.It mainly discusses the connotation and characteristics of interactive behavior of users and users in quizzes and communities,the interaction patterns and the influence of interaction process,and constructs the information interaction behavior Process structure and information interaction diagram.The fourth chapter involves three parts: research object and content,research hypothesis and frame,questionnaire design.The fifth chapter is an empirical part of this article.With "Knowing the Near" as the research object,using spss software for correlation analysis and regression analysis,the research hypothesis is verified and the theoretical analysis of the research results is given.The sixth chapter is the suggestion policy for social quiz building.The seventh chapter summarizes the research progress of this article.
