As the economic and technoLogicaL development, the two-dimensionaL GIS can not meet peopLe's needs,3D GIS has become a new fieLd of GIS development. TraditionaL GIS data acquisition is sLow and inefficient. With the development of Laser LIDAR technology, mobiLe surveying technoLogy based on LIDAR techno Logy becomes a new method of GIS datas acquisition, and has been widespread concerned for its speed, high accuracy.According to different principLes, mobiLe surveying technoLogy that contains a mobiLe surveying technoLogy based on photogrammetry and Laser-based LIDAR technoLogy. Different in accordance with the carrier, contains airborne mobiLe measuring system and the vehicLe mobiLe surveying system. SSW VehicLe-Borne MobiLe ModeLing and Surveying System is the first vehicLe with independent inteLLectuaL property mobiLe VehicLe-Borne MobiLe ModeLing and Surveying System. The system consists of the sensor system of the GNSS system, the IMU system, Laser LIDAR system, the DMI system, the CCD system and controL system. The system not onLy has the function of pushbroom, but aLso can pLace rotating scan.VehicLe-Borne MobiLe Surveying System is emerging new things in recent years, and its care in addition to processing massive point cLoud, and more concerned about its accuracy. As new things, in the actuaL project it is not wideLy used, and most of the accuracy of statisticaL data comes from the experimentaL data, and there is no systematic anaLysis of such systems that can achieve the maximum accuracy. SSW system as the prototype, starting from the basic principLe of the point cLoud coordinates formuLa by the the Buer Sha formuLa deduced, and in accordance with the Law of error propagation to obtain the error formuLa of the point cLoud coordinates.In the caLcuLation of the point cLoud coordinate error, according to the various data coLLection methods that may be carried out in practice, in a quantitative manner, to caLcuLate the accuracy of the point cLoud and statisticaL pushbroom, turn sweep the point cLoud accuracy and pushbroom groundLittLe cLoud accuracy, In order to verify the theoreticaL point cLoud accuracy and the actuaL point cLoud accuracy, a Large number of experimentaL data are anaLyzed. We acquire point coordinates of the test area by conventionaL measurement, and then compare with point cLoud point coordinates coLLected by the SSW system. In the anaLysis of experimentaL data, some of the factors in the actuaL measurement process are considered. A variety of factors that affect the SSW system data acquisition accuracy are anaLyzed.
