Variable structure issue has been widely happened in the area of Machinery,Aviation,Aerospace,Weapon,Robot and so on.Which made the variable structure issue in multibody system dynamics become one of the important and difficult branches in the field of modern mechanicsThe main feature of variable structure issue in multibody system dynamics is that the structure is variable,such as the system's topological structure and freedom degree will make change during the movement,which has limited the function of traditional simulation software of multibody system dynamics to quickly and high-efficiently realizing dynamic simulation in dealing with this kind of issue.On account of that feature,this thesis introduces the thought of "Maximization degrees of freedom" and "Dividing lane" into the field of variable structure dynamics and proposes the topological switch conditions,thus realizing the simulation calculating function with auto switch in the sudden change of system structure.It enables the software to continuously process variable structure models,thereby achieve the fast and highly-efficient dynamics simulation.This thesis firstly introduces several kinds of the variable structure issue in the system of rocket launcher,with the research background of multi-barrel rocket launcher.Then it realizes the "virtual stabilization" of variable structure system by importing the thought of "Maximization degrees of freedom" which achieves the continuous process ability of simulation software on variable structure issue of multibody system.In the end,it states the reliability and stability of the software system through the example of the dynamic simulation of some type on-board rocket launch system.This research specifically includes the following aspects:1.Study on the modeling theory of multibody system dynamics with variable structure.Firstly,discusses the variable structure issue of multibody system.Then proposes the "Maximization degrees of freedom" and "Dividing lane"to realize auto switch of topological structures on discussing variable structure issue in multibody system.2.Introduce the main research subject of this thesis-the structure of rocket launch system,illustrating the working process and topological structure of rocket launch system and its variable structure issue,establishing the dynamic equation of variable structure in rocket launch system.3.Based on the above theoretical knowledge,program the software of the dynamic of variable structure issue in multibody system and verify its reliability and stability by doing the dynamic simulation in some-type rocket launcher.
