With the rapid development of cities in China in recent years,it is inevitable that a large number of cultivated land has been occupied by the surrounding cities.However,the area of construction land needed for urbanization is increasing year by year,which has brought about a fierce conflict with the cultivated land protection system which has been implemented in our country.Therefore,in 2004,the central government proposed: "encouraging the consolidation of rural construction land and the increase of urban construction land should be linked to the reduction of rural construction land.".The topography structure of Southwest China is complex,mainly in plateau mountain area,mountainous area and flat land.The land resources suitable for construction are very precious.In order to meet the growing demand for construction land in these areas on the basis of the implementation of the system of farmland protection,it is necessary to implement the increase and decrease of urban and rural construction land.As a result of the unique terrain features of mountainous areas and the inconvenience of transportation and geological disasters,the layout of hooks in mountainous areas is different from that in plain and hilly areas.In this paper,the layout of the mountain hook is studied and analyzed through the specific areas,hoping to help the future of urban and rural construction land linking up and down..In this paper,Haidong town of Dali city as the research object,based on land use planning data and status data and social economic data as the basic data,analysis method and hierarchy analysis method,expert scoring method using GIS space,constructing linked suitability evaluation system,combined with the actual situation of the study area is divided into three categories,supply suitable area and hook hook needs suitable area is established,linked to the linkage layout scheme followed step by step association.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Haidong town of Dali city land use data and population data use,according to the construction land per capita standard method to calculate the rural residents of regional land consolidation potential,as a basis for making hook layout.(2)To establish linked supply of regional suitability evaluation system linked to supply,theelevation,slope,and the proportion of the population engaged in agriculture,the per capita arable land area of 10 indicators,through the AHP to determine weights.Through the GIS technology to each index analysis and evaluation,through the 10 indicators weighted overlay,and combined with mathematical analysis,divided into three kinds of hook supply appropriate area.(3)According to the demand area of the hook,establish the evaluation system of the demand suitability of the linking,propose 6 index factors such as elevation,slope and land use type,and determine the weight of the index through the expert scoring method.Through the analysis and evaluation of each index by GIS technology,through the weighted superposition of the 6indicators,combined with mathematical analysis,three kinds of tied demand suitable areas are divided.(4)Combining the supply and demand regional specific data of urban and rural construction land increase and decrease,the linkage linkage layout scheme is established.And put forward relevant implementation proposals.
