The first chapter mainly studies in Banach space with Riemann - Stieltjes integral condition of nonlinear fractional integral existence and uniqueness of the solutions of differential equations. By the properties of the Green function, Holder inequality, Banach compression mapping principle and Schauder fixed point theorem for the existence and uniqueness of solution.The second chapter mainly studies with Riemann - Stieltjes integral boundary value conditions of the existence of nonlinear fractional differential equations, this paper by using the Green function inequality and the fixed point theorem in cone stretch to get the existence of positive solutions. We extend and improve the including singular and nonsingular two cases of some known results.
