Complex systems based on a hierarchy of features described herein will be complex systems into a single system and a multi-level hierarchical system both cases. And analyzed separately-for both cases, the selection of the complex system of key factors.Decision making trial evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL)is a method widely used to analyze factors for complex systems.Existing literature shows in DEMATEL the causal map method and quadrants determining method are both basic methods for selecting system critical factors. These two methods ostensibly seem reasonable, however,in practice it is difficult for decision maker to determine the critical factors, they also lacks of scientific rigor due to neglecting of organizational resource constraints. To overcome the drawbacks above, from the perspective of matching the organization capability with resource constraints,by clearly defining the meaning of critical factors, the integrated importance degree which fuses effectively the degrees of centers and causes is proposed in this paper, based on that,a new DEMATEL method for complex systems to select critical factors is given systematically by using the swing weighting and linear programming approaches. In the above method is based on complex multi-level system problems, the paper selection of Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM)for complex multi-level sub-system level division, makes complex system has been streamlined, simplified system after re-use of complex systems DEMATEL key factor in the selection a new method to elect a complex system of key factors. Finally, the method applied by the logistics business, the impact of logistics enterprises J key factor in the development of the next two years elected. An empirical study is presented to illustrate the proposed method and demonstrates its feasibility.
