The variable source analysis of the transient survey is the further information mining of transient survey data such as the supernova surveys. In this dissertation,we take Tsinghua University-National Astronomical Observatory's Transient Survey(TNTS)data as a sample to discuss the process of periodic source change analysis of transient surveys. The TNTS survey began in 2012 and has been in operation for five years. It is a survey project that focuses on the discovery of the early-light of supernovas. This survey uses the 60/90 Schmidt telescope at the Xinglong Observatory of the National Astronomical Observatories of China. The field of view is 90 arcmins * 90 arc seconds and without use of any filter. The survey sky area is about 2000 square degrees. This work uses the image data of the TNTS survey from October 2012 to October 2017 to perform a photometric variable search on the sky areas with more than 40 good shots. We used the SExtractor's automatic aperture MAG_BEST to perform a better photometry, and matched the results with a bright star distribution triangle alignment. We then used polynomial fitting and two-dimensional plane fitting to remove the difference between the zero point and the extinction between the images. After obtaining the light curves of all stars in all regions,we calculated the statistical parameters of the square distance,1/?,and Stetson's J.The analysis clearly deviates from the periodic statistics of the stellar populations that are distributed as a whole. We used DEBiL,UPSILoN and Vartools to determine the period and then calculate the amplitude of each variable source. We detected a total of 6,097 variable stars that were brighter than 18.5,including 3,964 binary stars,1527 RR Lyrae stars,219 delta Scuti stars,57 Cepheid stars,24 long-period stars,38 RS stars and 254 other types.According to the phase diagram,we found the Blazhko phenomena in 79 RR Lyrae AB type variable stars and O'Connell effect in 109 EW-type food binaries. The discovery of these sources helps to count more physical properties of the binary star system and pulsating variable stars. In the first chapter,we briefly introduces the time domain survey and the famous time domain survey project and the survey project that I participated in.Chapter 2 describes the types of variable stars and variable stars, which is the scientific background of the work of this article. In the third chapter,we discuss the monocolor differential photometry with charge coupled devices. These techniques are the basis of this paper.Chapter 4 gives the use of TNTS survey data, using the methods described in Chapter 3 to and statistical methods to analyze possible sources of change, and classify these sources according to the classification characteristics in Chapter 2.In Chapter 5,based on my work,I will give opinions and suggestions on the future use of time-domain survey for variable source search, and make some plans for possible future work.
