First,the traditional infectious disease model is used to study the effect of isolation therapy on the control of ZIKA virus transmission.Second,on the basis of considering the impact of media information on the spread of infectious diseases,by constructing a ”consciousphysical” multiplex networks to study the diffusion process of disease under the influence of consciousness.In Chapter 2,To control the spread of the ZIKA virus epidemic,a SITRS epidemic model with differential birth,mortality,bilinear and saturation rates is established.The global stability conditions of the virus diffusion process are obtained.If the basic reproductive number is less than 1,the disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable;when the basic reproductive number is greater than 1,the disease-free equilibrium is unstable,and there is a locally asymptotically stable endemic equilibrium.Numerical simulations are performed on the model under study and the results verified the correctness of the theoretical results.This is reflected in the spread of the ZIKA virus.The control of mosquitoes and isolation treatment is very important to control the spread of the ZIKA virus,providing a scientific and rational theoretical basis for the prevention and control of the ZIKA virus.In Chapter 3,a dynamic model of N Y N-SIS is established to study the interaction between consciousness propagation and infectious disease spread on the multiplex networks,and the relationship between the diffusion intensity and the infection rate of disease information on the consciousness level is obtained.The numerical results are used to verify the theoretical results.The microcosmic Markov chain is used to draw the phase distribution of the consciousness layer and the epidemiological parameter map.It is found that the consciousness population density is positively correlated with the infection rate of the disease.Prompt and effective awareness of the spread of disease information can reduce multiple outbreaks of infectious diseases.
