Hydraulic perforating sand fracturing is a new collection technology of perforating, fracturing and automatic isolation, which is different from the traditional stimulation techniques. It is suitable for the transformation of low permeability reservoirs where the well can be vertical and horizontal, the fracture can be created accurately at a predetermined level position and there is no need mechanical packing but automatic hydrodynamic packing. The advantages of the technique are inexpensive, time saving and much safer work procedure.In 2001, Halliburton took the lead in the use of hydraulic perforating sand fracturing technology in the low permeability reservoir for the production and transformation.the high-pressure and high-speed sand jetting is used to perforate on wellbore and the channel between the formation and the well bore is created, followed by increased flow of fracturing fluid which can make the fracture boost to expand, thus, the fracture with filling sand is created in the formation. In the United States, Canada and other countries, the technology is used in a large number of wells, whose production has been significantly improved. The study is also carrying on in China.Based on the theoretical analysis, the study content and the concerning experiment instrument are identified. The experiment is concerning about nozzle materials, jet velocity, abrasive concentration, displacement and other parameters and the results were analyzed and summarized. The parameters'change rule of hydraulic perforating sand fracturing is obtained and the calculation template is produced, which is convenient for field application.It has been a long time since the hydraulic perforating sand fracturing technique is created and a lot of field work have been taken, while, more research and practice is still needed to take to optimize the parameters of the work procedure. The purpose and significance of this paper is to know the factors better and determine the most reasonable parameters to offer the reference for the filed work through the simulation experiments, thus, the production is increased. Field test confirmed the laboratory test research and design plan is feasible.
