Light hydrocarbon recovery is process that above C3 component in natural gas was recycled in the liquid form.The purpose is to control the hydrocarbon dew point of natural gas to achieve the quality index of commodity gas; on the other hand, condensates recovery has great economic value.In this paper, light hydrocarbon recovery system of Dalaoba condensate gas field use expander refrigeration technology, to recovery liquefied gas and light oil. In recent years, due to the reduction of raw gas volume and equipment parameters change etc,it cause the rate of C3 and C3+ recovery is lower, only 73.9%,80.6%. Condensate is not fully being prolapse; liquefied gas quality can not meet the required quality standards. According to the existing problems, we need to optimize system.Based on the sequential modular approach, using computer simulate system.According to the physical characteristics of raw gas, I analysis sensitivity and the adaptability of the device optimization parameters, to find out the greatest impact factors of the system recovery rate. Using the black box model analysis energy of the device and the whole system, it found larger energy loss subsystem, reforms subsystem, reduces the energy loss, and provides a basis for the light hydrocarbon unit energy consumption.Through the analysis, this paper presents the parameter optimization and technology transformation of optimization scheme. Minimum energy consumption of the recovery unit propane and more components as the optimization objective; the scheme establishes the mathematical optimization model. Optimizations of operating parameters after, the recovery rate of C3and C3+ were 76.3%,82.1%. At the same time, energy consumption of the unit of C3 and above components was reduced by 15% than before optimization.the amount of LPG and light oil were increased by 120 kg/d and 140 kg/d, energy loss is reduced by 5.1%.Process modification to the original process flow, increase of heavy contact tower. Para-meter optimization is performed after the transformation process, the recovery rate of C3 and C3+ were 93%,95%. At the same time, energy consumption of the unit of C3 and above components was reduced by 41.3% than before optimization.amount of LPG and light oil were increased by 1890 kg/d and 260 kg/d, energy loss is reduced by 5.3%, After the technical remoulding, profit is 330.3×104 ?/a.Finally, from the recovery unit of C3 and above components, the amount of product energy consumption and energy loss in 4 aspects,2 types of optimization schemes are compared. It was draw the process transformation optimization scheme outperforms the parameter optimization; determine the process reconstruction optimization scheme is the optimal scheme dalaoba light hydrocarbon recovery system.
