Gangdongjoint station affiliated Dagang oil field branch companies, crude oil processing capacity of more than 4 million tons per year, is responsible forTangjiahe joint station, Ma'xi seventhtransfer station, oil production plant one, two, four teams and Ma'xi low water crude oil station processing and storage of oil to the West line, outside the transmission task. With crude oil at an advanced stage, the water content of crude oil gradually increased, to the amount of volatile liquid, under existing conditions, the original use of control law can not guarantee the effect of control, resulting in significantly lower operating efficiency gathering system.Some researches have been completed on Gangdong joint station and those can be described from five aspects as follows:(1) Make research of process systems energy analysis, oil and gas gathering systems energy consumption evaluation, energy-saving measures and software technology of energy consumption analysis and evaluation at home and abroad;(2) Mastered the process of Gangdong station,operation situation of devices, and define the energy sectors to Gangdong station systems, the process parameters of heating furnaces and pumps;to separators,heat medium heater, tanker, pump units, heat exchangers and other energy-using equipment for energy balance analysis and exergy balance analysis,and carry on the key analysis to the internal energy loss of pumps.(3) Combine technological process and actual characteristics of energy consumption of Gangdongjoint station gathering system, and established each subsystem energy consumption model and main energy plant efficiency calculation model, and calculate the energy consumption of major equipment,to master the operation of each single device;(4) Establish energy consumption test database on gathering systems, develop the "energy analysis software forGangdongjoint station" using the Visual Basic programming language.The software achieved energy analysis technology, equipment operation analysis function and ect. The software has some universality and openness, and it can be conducted modules portfolio analysis and evaluation according to the difference of the actual energy sectors for the specific gathering system.(5) Take the gathering system of Gangdong station, conduct energy analysis on the systems andequipment, Existing energy level of the system was evaluated to determine the entry point for energy saving Gangdong joint station gathering system, and propose effective improvement measures.
