| Oil pumping unit as the core equipment of oil field plays an important role in oil production. But oil pumping unit always have problems of waste energy and low efficiency. The main reason for this problem is that the motor of the pumping unit do not match to the oil supplying capacity. It is always select pumping unit motor with the maximum load required when in the design of pumping unit. However, the energy of the pumping unit is much smaller than the energy of the maximum load when the pumping unit is running. To solve the above problems, energy saving method of oil pumping unit is studied in this paper.In this paper, the main energy saving methods of the current mainstream pumping unit are studied. The core idea of the moving liquid level method is to adjust the speed of the oil pump motor according to the change of the level of the oil well, and then change the flushing time of the pumping unit to realize the energy saving.According to the principle of variable frequency speed regulation, the mathematical model of the motor is established, and the closed loop control system is composed of the mathematical relationship between the dynamic liquid level and the speed of the motor. According to the characteristics of the system, the speed PID controller is designed to control the motor speed, and the liquid level PID controller is used to realize the dynamic liquid level algorithm.The output speed of the closed loop control system is simulated by the Simulink tool of Matlab.In order to verify the energy saving effect of the pumping unit energy saving control system, this paper designed the experimental platform.The hardware part is mainly composed of PLC controller, frequency converter, rotary encoder, liquid level sensor and high speed counter.The software part mainly uses the moving liquid level method as the control core to complete the programming language design of the ladder diagram.Through the design of the oil pumping unit energy saving control system platform for the experiment.Description of the design of the pumping unit energy saving control system can be expected to run.The energy saving control system designed in this paper has been proved to have good energy saving effect.The method used in this paper can play a positive role in the energy saving of pumping unit.This method can effectively reduce the power consumption of oil pumping unit.It can provide a reference for oil field management and researchers. |
