Exploring Legislation On Prevention And Control Of Environmental Noise Pollution

The development of the global economy that increasingly serious environmental pollution, the environmental pollution including water pollution, air pollution, solid waste pollution and noise pollution four categories, the four types of pollution form is known as the big four public nuisance. With the improvement of the people consciousness, not only the pursuit of high quality material life and spiritual enjoyment, also pay more attention to sound environment quality, so environmental noise pollution problem has become increasingly the focus of people, in the aspect of prevention and control of environmental noise pollution in our country has been facing serious challenges.The beginning of the article enumerates the two typical cases, environmental noise pollution in stark contrast to the two cases, highlights the legislative loopholes in the prevention and control of environmental noise pollution in our country and hysteresis. Middle part elaborated our country "law on the prevention and control of environmental noise pollution regulation of the concept of noise pollution, this paper analyzed the characteristics of environmental noise pollution, this paper introduces the present situation of the prevention and control of environmental noise pollution in our country legislation, puts forward the defects in legislation, and introduces the developed countries such as America, Japan, Germany advanced experience in the prevention and control of environmental noise pollution legislation work, summed up the experience is worthy of reference for our country’s legislation and content. Finally to prevention and control of environmental noise pollution in China, the shortage of legislation on environmental noise pollution prevention legislation work in China are proposed.
