By "one-pot" shortcut for constructing multiple functional groups in one molecule,not only meet the requirements of sustainable development,also accord with the concept of green chemistry.This paper based on the principle of cascade reaction by one-pot method,by directing the carbon-carbon,carbon-heteroatom,heteroatom-heteroatom bonds,alkyl and carbonyl,phosphoryl and carbonyl,trifluoromethyl and carbonyl,sulfonyl and halogen groups were introduced successfully in the molecules.Including the following three aspects:1.Constructing new C-C,C-O bonds by cinnamic acids decarboxylation and deactivated C-H bond activation.Performed reaction of Cyclohexane derivatives with cinnamic acid derivatives,DTBP,TBHP as a source of free radical initiator and carbonyl oxygen,by activating C-H bond and rupturing C-C bond for new C-C,C-O bonds formation.cinnamic acid decarboxylation double functional group reaction was realized.we have developed a tunable method for the synthesis of alkenes and ketones via the oxidative alkylation of cinnamic acids with alkanes under transition metal-free conditions.2.synthesizing new C-P,C-O bonds by cinnamic acids decarboxylation and P-H bond of phosphite ester derivatives activation.Direct reaction of H-Phosphonates derivative with cinnamic acid derivatives,Copper,iron bimetal catalytic oxidation H-Phosphonates,and the oxygen in the air as the source of the carbonyl oxygen,to realize the C-P,C-O bond difunctionalization of cinnamic acid.This reaction under mild conditions,the raw materials were easy accessible,which in accordance with the idea of green chemistry.3.Direct sulfoamidation of sulfonyl chloride with Tertiary Amines through C-N Bond Cleavage.Formed sulfoamidation of sulfonyl chloride with Tertiary Amines over Copper Catalysts C-N bond cleavage.In addition,the amine difunctionalization process provides various cholorsulfonylated products when some small annular tertiary amine or more nitrogen heterocyclic tertiary amine molecules under this reaction.Under mild reaction conditions,the atoms of the reactants atoms were made full use of,that according with the requirement of green chemistry and sustainable development.
