Twisted oval tube has many characteristics.Such as high efficiency of heat transfer,low pressure loss,insusceptibility to scaling,multi-node self-supporting the elimination of tube bundle induced vibration,simple structure and so on.It is the new hot spot of traditional heat exchanger transformation and new heat exchanger development,It is effective measure to enhance energy-saving equipment.At present,twisted oval tube processing equipment is mainly transformed from the ordinary machine tool.The quality in consistency and stability of product forming section and pitch is poor.In order to solve these problems,a new type of high efficient twisted oval tube processing equipment is designed,and the key technology is researched.The main contents are as following:Firstly,the extrusion forming mechanism of twisted oval tube is studied,Mainly from the following three aspects:The distribution model of base-pipe compression moment was established to predict the base pipe extrusion deformation tendency.The calculation model of springback of forming section is established,and the forming error caused by springback of section is analyzed.The feasibility of the model was simulated by DEFORM-3D,and the results of extrusion were simulated and the curve of extrusion load was obtained,which laid the foundation for the follow-up system design.Secondly,according to the forming scheme,the design requirements and the total design plan of the twisted oval tube processing equipment are clarified.Complete the forming mechanism,centering mechanism,auxiliary mechanism design.The cavity surface equation is established for the key parts-the mold in the forming mechanism,and the parting surface selection process is deduced.And kinematics and dynamics analysis of mechanism extrusion process,analyze the reasonableness of mechanism movement.Thirdly,according to the problem of extrusion synchronization of multiple sets of forming mechanisms,the scheme of synchronous control loop of hydraulic cylinders is put forward,the synchronization error compensation method is given,and the main components of the system are calculated;Using PLC control hydraulic system to complete the control system circuit design and program preparation,commissioning tasks.Finally,complete the twisted oval tube processing equipment prototype assembly,commissioning and product testing.Assembly assembly clamp interference problems and mold center axis and base pipe axis deviation gives assembly recommendations;Test results show that about 97%of the cross-section of the major axis and pitch to meet the requirements.Through the key technology above-mentioned research and system design,the new twisted oval tube processing equipment effectively improves the consistency and stability of product cross-section and pitch,Promote the twisted oval tube processing technology absorption,which will help to promote their application.
