Since 1235 aluminum alloy with good processing performance,that making it mainly for the production of superior quality light gauge aluminum foil.Aluminum foil has a wide range of applications in packaging,family household,electrolytic capacitors and construction machinery industry.With the continuous development and improvement of aluminum foil industry and the continuous improvement of the aluminum foil product requirements,so that have a high increasingly requirements in the production of aluminum processing methods,technology level,product performance and processing equipment.In the production process of aluminum foil,the quality of aluminum foil blank is very critical for the subsequent processing and has important impact for the final foil products,and its quality is inherited.Due to the internal organization of twin roll casting blank in subsequent processing is mainly changed by heat treatment way,so twin roll casting process and the annealing process was the main research in my article,the mainly results could be concluded as follows.1.The twin roll casting bland grains and the second phases compounds distribution more uniform,the better mechanical properties of the twin roll casting blank have,so the final product quality of these twin roll casting blank is more higher.When to rolling the ultra-thin light gauge aluminum foil,the environment relative humidity should not exceed 70%,and best control within 50%.An appropriate increase the content of Fe element is conducive to fully precipitated Si element,so that the Fe/Si controlled between 3.0 to 3.2 is beneficial.Holding furnace temperature at 730℃~750℃ is appropriate,in particular,it should to avoid the temperature exceeds 750 ℃.2.The grain size of 6mm thick twin roll casting blank is about 120μm,the tensile strength is in the range of 80~120 MPa,the elongation is about 42 percent.The grain size of 3mm thick aluminum foil blank after homogenization annealing is in the range of 55~65μm,the tensile strength is about 76 MPa and the elongation is about 50 percent.After intermediate annealing,the grain size of 0.7mm thick aluminum blank is in the range of 40-50μm,the tensile strength is about 67 MPa and the elongation is about 47 percent.3.The 6mm thick twin roll casting blank main texture is {210}<221>texture,{221}<210>texture,{112}<111>copper type texture,and contains a small amount of {110}<100>gauss texture.After cold rolling the 3mm thick twin roll casting blank main texture is {110}<001>gauss texture and {112}<111>copper type texture,and after homogenization annealing 3mm thick aluminum foil blank main texture is {100}<001>cube texture.The main texture of 0.7mm thick cold rolled foil blank is {112}<111>copper type texture and {110}<001>gauss texture,and after intermediate annealing 0.7mm thick aluminum blank main texture is {100}<001>cube texture,{110}<001>gauss texture and {124}<112>R-type texture.4.Homogenizing annealing temperature should be chosen between 540~560℃ annealing time should be selected in 5~7h.Intermediate annealing system should choose 380℃×6h.
