Study On The Repair And Treatment Of Pb, Zn And Cd Composite Heavy Metal Contaminated Soil

In recent years,the heavy metal contaminated soil remediation project become the hot research of solid waste treatment,soil stabilizer has been the research frontier of contaminated soil heavy metals.It is necessary to develop treatment for a class of soil heavy metal pollution in a reliable and effective soil stabilized curing agent.This paper is based on the solid waste resource utilization and energy saving building materials(State Key Laboratory of Beijing Building Materials Science Research Institute Ltd.)open project of soil heavy metal pollution of material characteristics and curing mechanism research and the application of "National 863project" nonferrous metallurgy enterprise site high risk of contaminated soil solidification and stabilization technology research and demonstration(2013AA06A206)and other topics.By using industrial waste residue,mineral materials,phosphorus containing material,sulfur-containing material as raw materials in Gansu Baiyin contaminated soil,using water solution under the condition of mining by single factor experiments and orthogonal test screening of curing agent,combined with the actual pollution soil analysis,using SEM simulation,X ray diffraction acid rain,BCR analysis,sequential extraction experiments on soil after curing.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In Gansu Baiyin contaminated soil developed pollution soil stabilizer C,W.and determine the optimal curing scheme,curing agent C optimal ratio is C5,the optimal water content is 30%;the curing agent W optimal ratio is W6,the optimal water content is 25%.(2)Solidification mechanism of soil stabilizer and heavy metalion.(3)Under the condition of simulated acid rain,the curing effect of Pb,Zn and Cd in contaminated soil was better,and the curing agent had a certain effect on improving the activity of contaminated soil.
