Research And Design Of A Joint Station Control System

With the development of industrial automation,Part of the oil field in our country has reformed the oil field automation from the 1990s.Joint station is an important link in production of oil and gas gathering and transferring,after heating the water cut of crude oil dosing,they will enter the three-phase separator for oil,gas and water,then the water oil and gas transmission after purifying three-phase medium respectively,it is the main process of joint station.The oilfield station of less unattended,remote management,centralized monitoring could be realized by the design of the control system.In order to ensure a safety production process and stable operation station,it is necessary to monitoring and control the joint production process.Based on a certain oil field united station automatic control system as the research object.Control requirements and control scheme was put forward for important process of parameters of three-phase separator and station boiler combustion system.Mathematical model of three-phase separator liquid level control object and the boiler steam pressure control object was established,according to the technological requirements and control requirements,the transfer function of three-phase separator liquid level control object and the boiler steam pressure control object was calculated..MATLAB simulation software was used for simulation analysis for different control schemes respectively.In the project practice,the control system of company of Zhejiang university SUPCON JX-300 xp system was used for completing the centralized management and remote control,operator monitor interface was designed,and the monitor screen was configurated,the oilfield combination station was completed by the operator to effectively control the key link.The production process parameters of the union station control system could be automatically detected and collected,centralized management and remote control can be realized.The system design was raised to ensure the safety and stabilization operation of the joint station,it can provide technical reference for the the joint station's design.
