Directional well drilling technology plays a pivotal role in oil drilling operations,but the tropsch pressure in directional drilling limits its further development,especially in sliding drilling.On the one hand,the structure of the existing tools to reduce the tropsch-pressure is complex,and their working life is difficult to be guaranteed,on the other hand,in the complex wells the existing tools’ adaptability is not good,it is difficult to achieve better anti-tropsch pressure effect.In order to solve the problem of the tropsch-pressure in the drilling of the directional well and improve the drilling efficiency,this paper proposes a tool with strong adaptability,which can effectively control tropsch-pressure.In this paper,the causes of the pressure bearing are studied deeply,and the main reasons of the tropsch-pressure in the sliding drilling are analyzed.The new technology of the drillstring extension tool which can effectively reduce the tropsch-pressure is put forward.The theoretical characteristics of the work are discussed through theoretical modeling.Researching on structural principle design and working principle of extension tool and discussing the application of new discuss the application of new anti-tropsch pressure technology technology have a practical engineering significance to promote the development of anti-tropsch pressure technology.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.To carry out analysis of the reasons of producing the tropsch-pressure in directional wells,the directional well friction calculation analysis.2.We establish the calculation method of the neutral point of the drill string,and establish the calculation model of the friction resistance of the drill pipe without considering the elastic force and the elastic-force friction calculation model of the drill pipe.3.To carry out telescopic energy-storage anti-tropsch pressure extension tool’s study of the working principle and the design of tool.4.A variety of tool structures are proposed to reduce the friction resistance of drill string in directional wells.The structural principle and reducing friction drag principle of each program tool are studied,and two kinds of tools are designed and processed test prototype.5.For eccentric anti-friction resistance reduction tool and ball anti-friction resistance reduction tool,to carry out the anti-friction and anti-drag resistance test,studied the anti-friction resistance properties of reducing friction drag tools.6.To discuss the application of new anti-tropsch pressure technology,and put forward the optimal method of using new technology.This paper aims to propose a new technique of anti-tropsch pressure.Through the theoretical modeling,the related principle research,the concrete structure design and the experimental research to master the new technology of anti-pressure,which can provide a new way to solve the problem of the pressure well and a new means in the directional wells.
