| According to the basic theory and methods of fluid mechanics,electromagnetics and mechanics,the low power consumption special power supply device is designed for the low power consumption instrument of the pipeline valve room of the non-power supply network in foreign countries.The study is very necessary.On the basis of field investigation and literature research,this paper presents the overall design scheme of special power supply device which utilizes the kinetic energy of oil flowing into the edge of the pipeline into energy.This paper uses ANSYS to establish a non-axis turbine model with high hydrodynamic performance in the internal edge space of the pipeline.Theoretically,the rotational speed has a positive effect on the turbine efficiency and is established by hydrodynamic theory,mechanics and CFD software.The simulation results show that the number,thickness and spiral angle of the shaftless turbine can affect the output power of the special power supply.At the same time,combined with the electromagnetic theory and Maxwell software,the air gap magnetic field and the starting resistance moment,the no-load electromotive force and the high-order fundamental wave,the finite element analysis and the design optimization of the permanent magnet size,the pole groove fit and the air gap length of the special power supply device are finished.Finally,the electromotive force of the output is finished by using the power electronics technology.With the application of the existing 3D manufacturing technology,the principle machine with special power supply device is developed;according to the experimental schematic diagram,a special power supply device experimental platform has been built so as to obtain variable blade and the electromotive force data output by the special power supply device under varying load condition.Through the indoor experiment of the principle machine of the power supply device,it is proved that the special power supply of the long-distance pipeline is reasonable,the scheme is correct and the design index of the laboratory is standard.Although there are large gaps between the current power generation and practical requirement,but the application prospect in the future is promising. |
