The Government Governance Model Of Atmospheric Pollution In The UK And Its Enlightenment

In recent years,China’s fog haze and dust storm which caused by excess emission of the atmospheric pollutants,land desertification and the city dust threaten people’s health seriously.Atmospheric pollution governance has become important challenges faced by the government in the process of China’s modernization.The British government has made significant achievements on atmospheric pollution governance and formed a relatively stable governance pattern,which provides a valuable reference for China’s atmospheric pollution control.Through studying atmospheric pollution and its types as well as several classical atmospheric pollution governance patterns,and by using the analysis framework of governmental governance patterns,governmental governance patterns which are formed by the British government and other subjects of governance during their control and reduction of atmospheric pollution in different historical period will be explored.At the same time,we can look for the beneficial enlightenment for future atmospheric pollution governmental governance pattern of our country by analyzing experience and lessons of the British patterns,which will lay a solid foundation for our country to seize the favorable position in the international economic and social development and to achieve national prosperity in the future.
