Color spinning,with its unique advantages,develop rapidly,many white spinning enterprises are transformating along the direction of color spinning.Although the technology of computer matching color has developed,now most of the color spinning enterprise still rely on experienced matching color staff to match color,which is low efficiency,high cost,can not meet the "fast delivery" demand of color spinning enterprises,and severely restricted the production efficiency of the enterprise.Aiming at the problem of matching color in color spinning industry,this paper took the Steams-Noechel algorithm as the theoretical basis to study the matching color method of colored fiber yarn.In this paper,thought comparing and analyzing the matching color algorithm including the Kubelka-Munk,the neural network,the Friele and the Stearns-Noechel,it was found that when the Kubelka-Munk color matching algorithm was used to match color,there were a large amount of pre-work;when the neural network matching color algorithm was used to match color,when the the set of trainning samples was enough larger,the result of matching color was better;the Friele color matching algorithm was similar to the Stearns-Noechel color matching algorithm,but the average color difference is larger,so Stearns-Noechel matching color algorithm was chosen for matching color research.By analyzing the method of defining the unknown parameter M in Steams-Noechel algorithm,it was found that the method of fixing the M value needed very large pre-work and the color difference of the matching color results were not very good,but the problem can be solved to adopt the method of assigning M value in the interval[0 1].When calculating the initial formulation of monochromatic fibers,most of the scholars use full spectrum matching color algorithm based on the least squares.However,when this method was used to compute the fitting recipe of some mixed color samples,the fitting formula was negative.In order to solve this problem,finally,the iterative method of initial recipe assignment of monochromatic fibers was adopted.In the repair module,most of the scholars use the tristimulus values or reflectance color correction method based on the least squares,this effect of repairing the color method was not good.While using the minimize the difference between the middle of the monochromatic fiber adjustment,the repair color effect was better.Based on the above color matching and color correction module,finally,a set of accurate and efficient computer-assisted color spinning color matching system was set up.The results showed that the absolute error of the initial formula and the real formula was 6%.After 1 or 2 times of color correction,the absolute error was reduced to 3%,and the color difference was reduced to 2CMC(2:1).The effect of matching color was better,which could meet the matching color needs of color spinning,and the numbers of spinning samples were less.Based on the Stearns-Noechel theory,this paper focused on the application of theory in the actual color matching,and provided an effective theoretical basis for the early realization of computer-aided color spinning.
