Design And Implementation Of An Early Warning System For Single Well Production Indicators In Oil Fields

The development and production management of oilfield often face some issues,such as large number of wells,heavy workload,lack of manpower and simplified management.These problems directly lead to the production of oil wells in the event of abnormal circumstances,the site staff can not timely and accurately identify the abnormal source,so often miss the best processing time of the problem,which seriously affect the oil field production efficiency and production safety.Production indicators early warning techniques can shorten the discrepancy of problems.But most of the current early warning model focused on post-analysis,can not be ahead of the warning.Most of the early warning models only compare the monitoring indicators and historical data,and did not establish a reasonable early warning index system.Therefore,how to build a reasonable production index early warning system and index warning system,so that the oil field monitoring personnel to achieve a comprehensive control of the oil field,the oil field production process in advance of the abnormal indicators of early warning,oil production is an urgent need to solve an important problem.This paper starts from the investigation and analysis for the methods of forecast and early warning of oil field’s development indicators from abroad to nation,and the research of relationship between oil field’s development indicators and their influencing factors.Base on this,the oil field’s development indicators is established,and a fluctuation early warning algorithm is designed.It can give the early warning to the problems and deviations of single well production management,and shorten the time to find and solve problems,finally ensure the smooth and efficient production of oil wells.This paper mainly carried out the following aspects of the work:(1)Based on the existing indicators and the related theoretical research,the paper analyzes the main factors influencing the oilfield production,and establishes a set of suitable early warning system for the single well and well group respectively.(2)Based on the research of early warning methods at home and abroad,and the characteristics of early warning of single well production index in oilfield,the forecast of single well fluctuation are designed and realized.(3)Based on the research of CRM,the interwell connectivity between the single well of abnormal fluctuation and the well group is analyzed.The delay constant and the interwell communication coefficient are obtained,which provides a diagnostic foundation for the single well with abnormal fluctuation.
