In the recent years,most of the study which is at home and abroad is focused on the research and development of the new type of fabric,comfort and pressure of the garment,but it is limited to the study of human comfort,and there is little research on the work done by the clothing.The research which based on the energy consumption mechanism of running clothing is a relatively new field.This paper mainly studies the energy consumption mechanism of running clothing,explores the influencing factors,builds models,and optimizes the design of clothing,the study contents are as follows:Market research.The first thing is making the research about consumers and running sportswear market conditions,and find out consumer preferences for running sportswear to lay the foundation for the development of running sportswear products;The physical properties test of the fabric.Make some test about breathable and permeation,tensile,bending and other performance of the fabric;Clothing sample production.After consulting the literature,I determine the best combination of sewing process parameters and sew garments.According to the size of the tester,the design pattern of the three styles of clothing were selected,and they add loose volume which is according to the characteristics of human body.Last,I sew 6 sets of tight-fitting models which are different types of fabric,a leisure section and stitching clothing for follow-up test;Energy consumption test.Through the energy consumption testing system,I make some test about the energy consumption performance of the running sportswear and analyze the collected experimental data.The relationship between the physical properties of the fabric and the energy consumption of the running sportswear is analyzed by the gray relational analysis method.,and the correlation model between them is established by the gray prediction method,which can be used to predict the energy consumption of running sportswear;Optimization design.The deformation of the fabric is obtained by using the high-speed photography technology and three-dimensional scanning technology,and I also obtain the energy value combining with its mechanical properties,optimize the design,improve its energy consumption when testers runs.Finally,we explore the mechanical properties of running clothes which are affect their energy consumption,and the correlation between them.This study provides theoretical basis for predicting the energy consumption of running sportswear.In addition,it also provide a valuable theoretical reference for swimming and other sports.
