With the rapid development of the mining industry,various pollutants also increased significantly.In the underground mining process of metal ore,It must use the blasting operation and produce a lot of dust and smoke is the underground workplace of the main sources of pollution,It is seriously deteriorating the underground production environment,harm the health of underground workers and life safety and affecting underground safe production.In the underground mining,the chamber-type geometric conditions are irregular,the operating location of the ever-changing,the distribution of pollutants is particularly complex.Therefore,It is necessary to take effective measures to control and control a large number of blasting pollutants in the underground mining process.In this paper,a large number of access to literature and combined with a metal mining chamber the actual situation,it found in the underground flat chamber minining process,the exclusion of smoke and dust has been a difficult problem,the paper for the traditional extraction ventilation dust can not Rapid removal of soot,which will lead to the efficiency of dust is very low,proposed one-way flow ventilation,thereby improving the efficiency of dust and improve the ventilation effect.The model was used to study the smoke and dust concentration and the ventilation smoke time in the flat-type chamber model,and the data correlation was analyzed by mathematical statistics method.The regression analysis is used to establish the mathematical expression of the correlation between different variables,so as to predict and control the change of dust concentration with the ventilation time in the chamber.Through the experimental phenomena and experimental data analysis shows that in the same air supply under the experimental conditions,the traditional ventilation method to exclude smoke longer,unidirectional flow ventilation time is shorter.The total air flow rate of the local pressurized jet fan is 0.06 m3/s,and four local pressurized jet small fan and jet fan are installed in the test.The air flow rate of the airflow is 0.08 m3/s,The length of the outlet and the chamber model is 60,so the air flow rate of each small jet fan is 0.015 m3/s,the smoke time is 14s,which can form the ideal unidirectional flow,the ventilation effect is the best and the smoke concentration can be Down to meet environmental requirements.Unidirectional flow ventilation can improve ventilation efficiency and reduce ventilation and energy consumption,and it use this ventilation in the chamber-type is the first and distinct novelty.Under the action of the jet,the wind in the whole flows through a predetermined route to form a one-way flow ventilation.The use of this ventilation,ventilation,dust,smoke speed,ventilation effect is good;it can better solve the use of traditional ventilation,ventilation,the effect of poor.
