At present,the safety and environmental protection of the tailings pond has been paid more and more attention.The dry stack tailings pond has been gradually adopted and popularized because of its advantages,such as no water storage and high storage capacity.However,at the present stage,China has adopted the design standard of the traditional wet tailings pond in the design of the dry stack tailings pond.The design specification of the dry stack tailings pond still needs to be further improved,and the economic advantages of the dry stack tailings pond cannot be fully utilized.At the same time,along with the popularization and application of dry stack tailings technology in southern rainy regions,the surface of the rain infiltration caused by the rainfall occurs gradually,the rainfall will affect the stability of dry stack tailings dam,so it's very necessary to increase the stability analyze of the dry stack tailings dam under rainfall infiltration.In this paper,the author makes a study on the background of dry stack tailings pond in Yunnan Fumin:(1)Based on the engineering example and theoretical study of the dry stack tailings pond,analysis the factors affecting the stability of the tailings pond by using the fishbone diagram.The main factors that lead to the instability of the tailings dam are the rainwater infiltration of rainfall condition,the structural parameters of dam and the influence of earthquake.(2)The three-dimensional model of the dry stack tailings dam is established by ANSYS finite element software.The safety coefficient of the dam under normal conditions is solved by using the strength reduction method,comparing the displacement field and stress field when calculated convergence and non-convergence.And compared with the results of the Swedish arc method,the reliability of the calculation results of ANSYS strength reduction method is explained.(3)Study on the stability changes of the dam under the rainfall infiltration condition,using the APDL parametric language to programming to achieve the coupling of seepage field and stress field.The results of the stability calculations are compared with considered the two field coupling and without considering the two field coupling,and compared with the results under normal operating conditions.(4)Study on structure optimization theory,introduces the ANSYS optimization design module,and establishes the mathematical model of the structure optimization of the tailings dam of the dry stack tailings dam.Get the optimization result of the single design variable and the whole objective function by optimizing the iteration,and determine the optimization scheme which satisfies the safety and the economy at the same time,and obtain the relationship between the design variables and the state variables.(5)According to the optimization results to establish the dam model,and calculating its stability under the normal working conditions and rainfall infiltration conditions.Compare the change of the displacement field and the stress field of the dam before and after optimization to verify the reliability of the optimization scheme.The research of this paper not only optimizes the design scheme of a tailings in Yunnan Fumin,but also ensures the stability of the project while improving the economy of the project.At the same time,the command flow has its general adaptability and provides a research method for the related research of similar dry stack tailings pond.
