| It produces about 2.2 tons of copper slag when 1 tons of refined copper was produced.This part of the slag copper content is generally high,but compared to the base of the slag,its proportion is not suitable for the use of smelting method to be recycled.In this paper,the copper slag produced by a smelter in Dongchuan,Yunnan Province,was studied in detail.Based on the detailed study on the properties of slag,the final flotation process and pharmaceutical system were determined by a large number of mineral processing experiments.The mineralogy shows that the copper slag has a low copper content,a copper grade of only 0.44%,an iron grade of 28.73%,and the gangue minerals are mainly quartz,accounting for 31.74%of the ore composition.The metal minerals in the slag are mainly pyrrhotite,chalcopyrite,followed by plagioclase,chalcocite and fine particles.Pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite are mainly embedded in the grain gap of nonmetallic minerals.The chalcopyrite and chalcopyrite are mainly composed of pyrrhotite and brass Mineral production of irregular particles of complex mineral particles.Its main structural structure is granular fibrous structure,stomatal structure.In general,the slag grade is low,embedded cloth fine,high dispersion,is a low grade refractory copper slag.The experimental results show that:in the grinding stage,combined with the flotation process using stage grinding-stage selection process is the process of grinding.It is necessary,the stage of grinding on the one hand can be easy to dissipate the copper minerals to achieve "can receive early harvest";the other hand,to avoid waste of energy consumption.In the flotation of the pharmaceutical system,the use of combined collector with the activator ammonium sulfate and a small amount of sodium sulfide use,to a certain extent,improve the copper slag in the recovery of copper minerals.The final process of the test is:after a period of rough grinding,rough selection of re-grinding and then selected,after three selected output of the final concentrate products,rough tailings after two sweep.The final grade of copper concentrate was 13.11%and the recovery rate was 49.46%.In this paper,through the experimental study of copper slag in a smelter in Dongchuan,Yunnan,the efficient recovery of copper is realized by relatively simple process and pharmaceutical system,which provides a reference for the beneficiation and recovery of similar refractory slag. |
