China's southwestern region is the world's karst ecological environment of the highest degree of development,but also the world's largest contiguous carbonate carbonate distribution area,carbonate exposed area ofmore than 90 million square kilometers,accounting for the total land area ofChina 1/9.Due to the special natural ecological environment,combined with the unreasonable human socio-economic activities,leading to rocky desertification ecological problems.Rocky desertification is one of the main ecological problems in China,which seriously affects the social and economic development in southwest China.The rocky desertification in China mainly occurs in Guizhou,Yunnan,Guangxi,Guangdong,Hunan,Hubei,Chongqing and Sichuan provinces(cities),Of which the rocky desertification land area of Guizhou is the largest,which is 302.4 million hectares,accounting for 25.2% of the total area of rocky desertification,deep rocky desertification,high population density in rocky desertification area and concentrated population.The problem of rocky desertification affected the production and life of the people of Guizhou Province,which hindered the social and economic development.In the 13 th Five-Year Plan,the country has included the issue of "poverty alleviation" in key projects.Therefore,it is reasonable to make a reasonable assessment of the economic losses of rocky desertification in Guizhou Province and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.It is urgent to carry out the research on the prevention and cure of rocky desertification.This article through to the guizhou province and its each state rocky desertification present situation,the condition of the evolution of the desertification from 1995 to 2011 based on the analysis,to decide questions of rocky desertification in guizhou province of adverse effects on the social and economic development,rocky desertification economic losses can be divided into direct losses,indirect losses,loss of soil fertility loss,abandoned land loss,loss of sediment retention,sedimentation indicators,such as the loss of ecological damage economic loss calculation of rocky desertification in guizhou index system.On the basis of this,the economic losses of the different years of rocky desertification between 1995 and 2011 in guizhou province were carried out and the value calculation was made.The results show that the rocky desertification in guizhou province in 1995-2011 economic losses in total value change trend of gradual decline,its change trend and the trend of rocky desertification area changes are basically identical.In 1995,the value of the economy was 518.3.7 billion yuan,down to 37113 million yuan in 2011,and the value of the stock fell by 14.724 billion yuan,an average annual decline of 920 million yuan.The value of the economic loss of rocky desertification fell from 77.59% to 6.51%.Rocky desertification in guizhou in 1995 ecological damage and economic loss value and the ratio of the first industry is 217.34%,fell to 51.10% in 2011,and 1995 years ago the negative benefit of agricultural production in guizhou,agricultural production is unsustainable.Per capita rocky desertification in guizhou province ecological loss load value showed a trend of increase,per capita net income of farmers per capita is less than 2000 years ago the load value,agricultural population ecological load heavy,exacerbated by poverty.At present,desertification control input is far less than the rocky desertification in guizhou loss value of ecological destruction,a long rocky desertification governance,should increase investment,reduce economic loss.In this paper,based on the research of the rocky desertification economic loss calculation,put forward the corresponding suggestion,in order to improve guizhou karst rocky desertification comprehensive management level,and further reduce the economic loss of rocky desertification provide theoretical guidance and reference value.
