NH3 + tetrazolium tetramethylthiuram disulfide(TT)/ zinc oxide(ZnO)is used as a natural latex preservative,but NH3 volatile(NH3 +)is used as a preservative for natural latex,NH3 is widely used in the production.,Irritation will seriously pollute the environment,TT nitrosamines will affect the use of safety products,ZnO latex on the stability of the curing process and have a certain impact on the stage.Therefore,research and development does not contain TT,ZnO green,safe,efficient low ammonia and even ammonia-free preservative is a natural rubber processing one of the key tasks.The effects of preservatives G,S and C on the preservation of fresh latex and the properties of natural rubber raw rubber were studied by using preservative G+S+C as the preservatives of fresh latex.The results showed that the preservation effect of G+S+C compound preservative on the fresh latex was very good.When the dosage of G,S and C was 0.05%,the addition of S was 0.1%,the addition of 3% The content of volatile fatty acids was below 0.15,and the preservation effect was better than NH3.The six indexes of 3D and 4E were: impurity content,ash content,nitrogen content,volatile content,plastic initiality,plastic retention rate,The preservation of such preservatives after the preparation of raw rubber in line with the technical classification of rubber SCR5 requirements;samples 3D,4E Mooney viscosity were 72.2 and 69.0,lower;made of rubber curing faster;The tensile strength of the vulcanized rubber was 20.60 MPa and the tear strength was 21.39 kN / m,which was not much different from that of the NH3.The results of the infrared spectroscopy,thermal stability and dynamic thermal performance showed that the G+S+C composite preservative The structure of the natural rubber did not adversely affect.
