The preparation and research of oil-water separation materials has been an important direction for solving environmental pollution and waste of resources at present.In this task,the aramid paper and nylon fabric were respectively coated polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)nanoparticles by dissolving surface lightly-spraying technology,which is simple and easy to operate.After that,the two kinds of oil-water separation materials with outstanding properties were fabricated.In this paper,main work with two parts is as follows:The first part:hydrophobic-oleophilic oil-water separation coating materials composed of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)nanoparticles were prepared on aramid paper using a spray gun after the aramid paper were soaked in different concentration of N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAc)for 15 minutes.SEM,XPS and TG test were used to study the surface morphology,elemental content of aramid paper and thermal performance.Meanwhile,the pore size distribution,mechanical property,hydrophilic-lipophhilic properties,acid,alkali and high temperature resistance and adhesion of PTFE nano-particles were also analyzed.In the end,a simple device was used to separate oil water mixture with the as-prepared aramid paper.The results showed that:the optimal concentration of DMAc was 20 wt%.The coated aramid paper owned the strong adhesive nanoscale rough surface.The obtained aramid paper could separate light and heavy oil-water mixtures effectively with high separation efficiencies over 99%.Meanwhile,the coating material still possessed water contact angle of 125°after 280℃high-temperature processing and still remained water contact angle of 135°under strong acidic or alkaline environment,which could be used in the special working conditions.The second part:The asymmetry oil-water separation materials with nylon fabric as matrix were prepared by dipping into OLEOPHOBOLTM7713 and then dissolving surface lightly-spraying in the single face.SEM,XPS and TG test were used to study the surface morphology,elemental content of nylon fabric and thermal performance.Meanwhile,the pore size distribution,mechanical property,hydrophilic-lipophhilic properties were also analyzed.In the end,a simple device was used to separate oil water mixture with the as-prepared nylon fabric.The results showed that:the optimal concentration of formic acid was 20 wt%.The nylon fabric dipped into OLEOPHOBOLTM7713 and that dipped into OLEOPHOBOLTM7713 and then coated PTFE also could achieve oil-water separation,However,the effect of the latter is better.Meanwhile,because the nylon fabric has good abrasion resistance,so this method helped to improve the practicability of the prepared nylon fabric in oil-water separation,which is suitable for the environment with many impurities.
