The major personal injuries in China and most countries around the world include stab wounds,cuts and scratches caused by knives and other sharp objects.For the flexible stab-resistant materials used in protective clothing,there are still a series of shortcomings such as heavy board hard,moisture permeability,poor air permeability,therefore this paper from the perspective of structure,raw materials and processing technology to improve wearing performance of materials in foundation that satisfy the protective criterion request.At the same time,make its applied in anti-stab clothing have better invisibility and comfortability.Based on the comprehensive comparison of the structure of various fabrics,this paper chooses the knitted structure with the best flexibility and the non-woven structure with best shear resistance.High-performance fiber materials on the selection of the smallest density and soft and smooth ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber,and then select viscose fiber and PET-PA6 bicomponent orange valve fiber with good moisture absorption to weaken electrostatic phenomena and improve the moisture permeability of the material.The method comprises the following steps:1+1 rib knitting fabric made of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene filament is directly twisted and used as a base cloth,and the viscose filament and the ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene filament are laid by multi-PET-PA6 bicomponent orange-leaf fiber spunlace fabric was prepared by pre-needling and spunlace process to produce filament reinforced non-woven material.This material combines the excellent elasticity of the knitted coil structure and the characteristics of"locked" tips with the anti-shear ability of non-woven fabric,combines the high strength and high modulus of the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber with the high hygroscopicity of viscose fiber,wet permeability of orange disc fiber.The permeability of the non-woven material is improved by nearly 2 times,the dynamic penetration thickness decreased to 10.95mm,the flexural modulus decreased to 75%,the drape coefficient reduced to 19.73%,The moisture permeability increased to 30%,showing that the reinforced non-woven material has excellent stab-recetance and comfortability.In addition,take the edges gradually thin interval fixed processing techniques and structure optimization design to make the stab-resistanct body armor more fit.In the end,the new stab-resistanct waistcoat is made from reinforced non-woven composite material,weight 1.32kg,thickness 5.28mm~19.17mm,which is lighter 0.96kg and thinner 6.25mm than the original anti-stabbing vest.It meets the requirements of GA68-2008 Stab resistance body armor for police and protection level 1 of the United States NIJ Standard-0115.00,beautiful,soft breathable,comfortable,and it can be worn with a suit.
