Scandium and titanium often coexist in the same mineral raw materials,iste residue or iste liquid.Therefore,both the recovery of titanium during the extraction of scandium and the recovery of scandium during the extraction of titanium have important practical significance.The content of SC2O3 is 84.70g/t,and the content of TiO2 is 5.30%in Qinglong scandium anatase ore of Guizhou.As the disseminated grain size of anatase is fine and composition is complex,scandium is mainly exist with the same type of occurrence in the anatase,limonite,kaolinite and other minerals,Neither the scandium or titanium can be enriched by conventional mineral processing method.For the development of the scandium anatase,it was used the method of acid leaching and extracting to extract scandium and titanium and recovery the iron,aluminum and silicon.The paper takes the leaching of anatase ore from sulfuric acid and crystallization of aluminum as the research object to do the extraction of scandium and titanium.The process of "P204 priority extract scandium-primary amine N1923 extract titanium"was determined through the single-stage extraction,stripping,and three-stage countercurrent extraction,stripping experimental study.The solution containins 360.50g/L of H2SO4,13.92mg/L of Sc2O3,8.29g/L of TiO2,25.67g/L of Fe,Under the conditions of O/A = 1:6,the extraction rate of Sc2O3 is 98.49%,the extraction rate of TiO2 is 2.65%,and the extraction rate of Fe is 0.90%,though three-stage countercurrent extraction while use the 10%of P204 + 5%of sec-octanol + 260#solvent oil.The extraction scandium selectivity of P204 is good;Under the condition of 0/A = 10:1,the stripping rate of Sc2O3 is more than 99.94%using the 3mol/L of NaOH solution to reverse extraction the P204 loaded organic phase.It can be obtained a stripping residue containing 0.8%Sc2O3,which enriched about 95 times.The total recovery of scandium is greater than 98.43%?The solution contains 315.44g/L of H2SO4,7.06g/L of TiO2,and 22.26g/L of Fe after being extracted scandium,under the condition of 0/A = 2:1,the extraction rate of TiO2 can get 96.18%,the extraction rate of Fe can get 10.33%though three-stage countercurrent extraction by 10%of primary amine N1923 + 5%of sec-octanol + 260#solvent oil,the effect of primary amine N1923 is good:under the condition of O/A = 2:1,the stripping rate of TiO2 can get 99.12%though three-stage countercurrent stripping using the 3mol/L of NH4Cl + 1%of H2O2 to reverse the primary amine N1923 loaded organic phase;The recovery of NH4Cl is 60.60%,the concentration of TiO2 in solution is 64.06g/L,which enriched about 7 times.The total recovery of titanium reached 91.31%though the "Vacuum concentration-freeze crystallization".The paper also carried out the co-extraction of scandium and titanium.The solution contains 360.50g/L of H2SO4,13.92mg/L of Sc2O3,8.29g/L of TiO2 and 25.67g/L of Fe.The extraction rate of scandium is about 100%and the extraction rate of titanium is 94.93%though three-stage countercurrent stripping using 10%of primary amine N1923 + 4%of P204 + 5%of sec-octanol + 260#solvent oil to extract the solution.The common extraction effect is good,the process is short,but the stripping is difficult and needs a further study.The technology of realized the fractional steps extraction and enrichment of scandium and titanium in high acid sulfuric acid medium.The process flow is short,the recovery rate is high and the enrichment ratio is large.It successfully extracted scandium and titanium from the rich scandium anatase in Qinglong of Guizhou and it will lay a foundation both for the further extraction and utilization of scandium and titanium and the efficient and clean recycling of aluminum,iron and silicon.It also provided an important reference for the comprehensive utilization of such resources.In this paper,the "extracting scandium by P204 firstly-extracting titanium by primary amine N1923" solved the technical problem of extracting scandium titanium from high acid sulfuric acid solution.The combination of NH4Cl + H2O2 solved the technical problem that it is difficult to strip in the loaded organic phase of primary amine N1923.The combined extraction of primary amine N1923 + P204 realized the co-extraction of scandium and titanium and found the law that the improvement of the acidity of sulfuric acid solution is beneficial to improve the selectivity of scandium in P204.
