Karst rocky desertification leads to the decrease of vegetation,poor soils,and a large of bedrock area exposed.At the same time,the land ecological environment is damaged by people’s unreasonable use,the effective area of cultivated land is reduced and the quality is greatly reduced,and the regional economic poverty is exacerbated.Therefore,restoration and management of cultivated land in karst rocky desertification area are imminent.According to the current situation of rocky desertification,land consolidation and land consolidation of rocky desertification area,This paper summarize the characteristics and laws of rocky desertification formation and evolution process,make use of the theory and practice of land consolidation to guide the management of cultivated land in rocky desertification development area,explore and analyze the key technologies of land consolidation in rocky desertification development area.This paper constructs the evaluation system of the suitability evaluation of rocky desertification land and carries on the example research through the application of GIS,RS and so on,explore the key engineering techniques of land consolidation and irrigation in rocky desertification land and summarize the layout model of the project.At last,the investment standard is discussed through the engineering quantity calculation.The specific research contents and achievements include:(1)On the basis of the causes of rocky desertification and the rocky desertification backgrounds,taken evaluation factors with the science.The weight of evaluation indexes is determined by AHP(analytic hierarchy process),literatures statistics and Delphi method.It was established for cultivated that a suitability evaluation index system for rocky desertification land-consolidation.It will be significant to guide the selection of the location of land consolidation project.As a case study,this paper evaluates the area of Xichou County of land consolidation project with the information of TM remote sensing image and land use data.This will be selected the appropriate area for land consolidation.(2)According to the characteristics of rocky desertification development area,this paper discus the key engineering technology of rocky desertification land consolidation and finds out that the balance analysis of water and soil and stone is the core.Based on the characteristics of rocky desertification and the results of suitability evaluation,it is divided into three types of land leveling areas,and discusses the leveling methods and engineering techniques of different types of areas.In addition to that,the typical irrigation method of rocky desertification development area is summarized as "water harvesting project-water diversion project-water storage project",and the water resources of rocky desertification area are analyzed and demonstrated.(3)This paper chooses a typical field and explores the land consolidation project layout mode in karst rocky desertification;calculate the amount of engineering in three different development areas;finally;the investment standard is based on the budget quota.Investment estimate standards will be the relevant departments of rocky desertification land consolidation project investment to provide reference and basis.
