In the process of ore mining and heavy metal smelting,large amounts of arsenic into the flue gas and waste acid,This situation affected the health both the nature and human.It is widely method to deal with arsenic pollution is the contaminated acid and arsenic waste.This article taking wasteacid of copper smelting solution as the research object.For the As5+ solution,the Scorodite-a kind of solidnarsenic bearing is low residue of arsenic,easy to store and more stabilization-prepare by the environment with Ultrasonication.For the As3+ Solution,in order to achieve discharge standards,we use the Lime-iron-washing precipitation method and sulfidation to the arsenic,after that use the PFSS technology deal with the low concentration wastewater with arsenic.Through the above study,can get the conclusion:(1)After made the scorodite-under the environment with Ultrasonication,change the condition of different pH time and ultrasonic power-and analytical the part of scorodite about the ability to save the arsenic.We can get the conclusion from the experiments such as XRD,SEM analysis best scorodite synthesis condition is:the initial pH = 2,balance time 8 h,reaction temperature is 87?,iron arsenic ratio of 1:2,the ultrasonic power is 400 w.(2)Use the lime-iron-washing method and curing method of heavy metal pollution acid As3+ experiment.The results show that the method of sulfide,through the orthogonal experiment to determine S/As mole ratio on arsenic removal rate is the largest,followed by the reaction temperature and reaction time.When the reaction temperature 45 ? and time is 40 min,molar ratio of 4.5,arsenic removal rate is best almost 99.99%,the residual amount of arsenic is less than 0.5 mg/L.In the lime-iron-washing method,set up the first paragraph after precipitation precipitation pH value of 3.0 washing slag,it can be as a solid waste disposal after precipitation slag washing,make the comprehensive utilization.In the second section and stage,along with the increase of the amount of adding the calcium hydroxide solution pH increasing,arsenic content in the solution of shrinking the arsenic removal rate is rising.When the pH is 12.04,the arsenic content is reduced 3.6 mg/L,removing arsenic rate was 99.97%.(3)Using synthesized PFSS(poly ferric sulfate)silicate to processing low concentration wastewater containing arsenic,can draw the following conclusion:polymerization pH and activation of pH value on the arsenic removal effect of PFSS less affected,through the orthogonal experiment analysis shows that under the condition of fixed stirring speed,reaction temperature,silica content is 2.0%,the pH value of acid,iron,silicon than to 4,3.0 PFSS activation pH value of 2.0.PFSS arsenic removal efficiency rate is best,can reach 98.75%.
