Lead anodized mud treatment process using the old sub-silver furnace for smelting,because the old sub-silver furnace are used to melt the surface of the molten pool melting(not submerged top blowing)for oxidation and reduction slagging,this process has a long process of production,metal accumulation,high energy consumption,low degree of automation defects.Based on the physical and numerical simulation,this paper studies the influence of various blowing modes on the flow field behavior in the furnace,and explores the best way of blowing and stirring,and discusses the possibility of the application of the horizontal converter in the smelting of the anode mud.In this paper,the physical model of plexiglass with similar geometric similarity ratio of 1:5 was established.Based on the particle image velocity and high-speed camera system and other experimental equipment,through the pool movement state,mixing time,velocity field and turbulent kinetic energy and other characteristic parameters to compare the furnace type parameters of sub-injection mode,injection volume and other,which is to obtain the best recommended parameters of sub-furnace furnace.The experimental results show that compared with the five injection modes,the top blow mode has the worst effect and the mixing time of the molten pool is the longest.The difference between the bottom blowing and the side blowing pool is little,The time is 50 to 150s time order of magnitude,while the side blowing and bottom blowing gas pool when the mixing time of 20 to 50s time order of magnitude.;After adding top blowing,the top side of the composite blowing pool mixing time is shortened,the top and bottom of the composite blowing pool mixing time but increased.Therefore,the top mixing time of side of the composite blowing pool the shortest.The average velocity of the bottom blowing blown bath is about 25%to 105%higher than that of the side blowing blower.The average speed of the top side compound blowing bath is 62.70%to 150.38%higher than the side blowing;the average moving speed of the molten pool is higher than that of the top-bottom composite blowing mode.The average velocity of the top-bottomed blown melting bath is weakened with the increase of the top blowing volume.The average velocity of the top-blown pool is very low.Thus,the bottom blow mode is better than the average speed of the top side of the composite blowing mode pool.Under the bottom blow mode,a more excellent velocity distribution and turbulent kinetic energy distribution can be obtained.The sum of the turbulent kinetic energy is also the best,and the optimum gas volume is 7.5 m3/h(simulated actual prototype gas is 4769.2 L/s).Top-bottom composite blowing mode in all aspects of performance than the bottom blowing mode.In the top side compound blowing mode,better velocity field and turbulent kinetic energy distribution can be obtained in the pure side blow mode.Under the blowing side of the spray gun,the inner blowing air volume is 7.5 m3/h(simulated actual prototype side gas volume For the 4769.20 L/s),the top blowing gun diameter 5mm,top blowing volume of 10m3/h(simulated actual prototype overhead power of 6358.93 L/s)composite blowing to get the best results.
