Research On Mine Emergency Monitoring System Based On 3G Off-network

China is a country with rich coal resources.In recent years,with the increase of the demand for coal mine,the exploitation of enterprises is increasing.However,the underground environment is bad and the mining level is backward.Through the analysis of the major coal mine safety accidents in recent years,it is found that the current domestic coal mine enterprises lack a complete and effective emergency monitoring system.How to construct an emergency communication monitoring system quickly and effectively is the key to solve the problem.For the needs of safety depth in actual production,based on the study of domestic and foreign rescue communication system in underground coal mine,conduct research ont the system,including the removal of environmental monitoring network communication system,personnel positioning,etc.Besides,in the Android mobile client,we have developed the emergency monitoring of the APP system.The system can ensure the normal operation of the rescue dispatching under low bandwidth.On the basis of the discussion of the coal mine tunnel environment and the wireless communication in the mine,the emergency communication system of 3G network was constructed.It was ready for the personnel positioning and the system of environmental parameters detection.Secondly,we have analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the current coal mine personnel positioning technology and positioning development platform,and designed the personnel positioning system which supports 3G network communication environment.At the same time,we have designed the multi parameter monitoring system for gas detection based on the MCU of environment monitoring terminal,and achieved a variety of the coal mine,the command and control center to determine whether the current area for rescue work carried out in accordance with the environmental data returned.It makes the guarantee for personnel scheduling.The occurrence of accidents,emergency communication system can be self-healing,can quickly set up a wireless communication network,timely and accurate information and transmit the image of the scene to the voice and ground rescue personnel and the flow of information security emergency work quickly and efficiently.Improve the level of mine safety monitoring and prevention capabilities,effective prevention and timely treatment of various emergencies and natural disasters.
