Triaza-fluorene is the nitrogen-bearing heterocyclic compounds,which has three carbon is replaced by nitrogen in fluorence molecular.Because of three nitrogen location is different,triaza-fluorene has different type of structure.It has a research in many field,such as photoelectric material、medici、biological activity,etc.In agriculture and medicine,triaza-fluorene derivative has plenty of uses.In search compound of better with biological activity,and in order to broden the application field of this kind of material,we synthesize a series of 2,3,4b-triaza-fluorene derivative and 2,3,8a,triaza-fluorene derivative by a new way.their antibacterial properties and fluorescent properties werestudied.1.Six 2,3,8a-triaza-fluorene derivatives(Ⅱ4aa-Ⅱ4ac、Ⅱ4ba-Ⅱ4bc)were synthesized.According to the fluorescent properties tests:as an enhanced copper ion fluorescent probe,we can find that all of the compounds are response for copper ions with high selectivity and low detection limit.2.Twelve 2,3,4b-triaza-fluorene derivatives(Ⅲ4aa、Ⅲ4ab、Ⅲ5ca、Ⅲ5da、Ⅲ5aa-Ⅲ5af)were synthesized.According to the biological activity tests:we can find that all the compounds have cetain antibacterial effect.Ⅲ5aa、Ⅲ5ae have significant antibacterial effect on staphylococcus aureus.Ⅲ5af have dramatically antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli.
