| The circulating cooling system is widely applied for industrial production system,and the circulating cooling sewagecauses huge waste of water resources and poses a threat to water environment. Recycling of sewage water has become an urgent need for enterprises. This papercarries out the research on the technique of recyclingc in allusion to reseach the characteristics of this kind of wastewater. The main research content and results are as follows:(1) This article studied the effect of three types of inhibitors on salt removal.The inhibitor can form a ligand with calcium magnesium ions in the water, increase the resistance of the membrane through the nanofiltration membrane and improve the softening effect of nanofiltration membrane. The softening effect of the membrane is positively correlated with the ligand effect. The ligand effect of ATMP with phosphonic acid group is stronger than PBTCA and PESA. At 20mg/L, three kinds of scale inhibitor on calcium removal rate is 65%、55% and 45%.(2) This article studied the effect of magnetization on separation of nanofiltration membrane. Under different temperature, the membrane flux is positively correlated with magnetizing time and magnetizing intensity and Magnetization has no obvious effect on water quality. When the magnetizing time reaches 15min and the magnetizing intensity reaches 3000G, the membrane flux is increased from 31L/(m2·h) to 32.5L/(m2·h). In addition, The scale inhibitors (PESA)can be used to modify the crystalline form of calcium carbonate to control membrane pollution.(3) This article studied the relationship between processing rate, recovery ate andR.S.I which aim at fouling tendency and corrosive substance and than we obtained the parameters such as processing rate and recovery rate. All of this is important to reduce the scale of system equipment and the cost of water treatment. Compared with the existing reverse osmosis, the treatment scale is reduced by 30% and the water treatment cost is reduced by 33.8%, which provides the technical support for the treatment of circulating cooling sewage. |
