The Design Of China's Carbon Emission Electronic Trading Platform

Currently,China is the largest country with the largest carbon emissions in the world,and one of the most important participants in the Clean Development Mechanism.China is faced with the enormous pressure in reducing carbon emissions.It is an urgent matter to find the effective ways to control and reduce carbon emissions.The practice of emission control and reduction in western developed countries shows that reducing carbon emissions through market-oriented means is an effective solution.So,the carbon trading market appears.Since 2008 China has already been set up 9 regional carbon emissions trading pilot,and the trading volume of the market has begun to take shape.Enterprises are paying more and more attention to energy conservation and emission reduction and apply advanced technology and equipment to limit the emission of greenhouse gases.By means of marketization,the emission control and emission reduction have been preliminarily achieved.However,the market is still in the initial stage of tentative exploration.Market development is not mature,and the market system is not perfect.So far,there has not form a normative trading standard.Most of them are in a state of inefficiency or even inefficiency.This thesis summarizes the experience of the current carbon emissions trading market in China,finds deficiencies,and provides recommendations for the national unified carbon emissions trading platform in the future.This research has important research significance and practical value for the establishment of mature carbon trading market.Based on the above background,the research ideas and structure of this thesis are as follows.Firstly,by analyzing the world and China’s carbon emissions and carbon emissions trading status,the thesis proposes the significance of this research and determines the research contents,ideas and methods.Secondly,taking the current situation of low-carbon development at home and abroad as the breakthrough point,the thesis summarizes the literature from the two aspects of carbon emissions trading and the construction of electronic trading platform to provide theoretical basis and support for the design of China’s carbon trading platform.Again,it carries out the comparative analysis of foreign representative carbon emissions trading mechanism and domestic carbon emissions trading pilot,and sums up the foreign carbon emissions trading mechanism and successful experience.At the same time,we also find that there are many deficiencies in our country’s development process which need to be improved.Then,the function module design of the carbon emission electronic trading platform is provided to realize the high efficiency and specialization of carbon trading,which will provide the reference for the establishment of a unified carbon emissions trading platform in China.Finally,based on the above studies,we draws some conclusions and policy recommendations.
