With the application of the loose leaf tobacco box installed in the smoke during bulk curing process,on the one hand,it further increases the amount of smoke in the barn;on the other hand,it also brings a series of problems,For example,the distribution of indoor temperature and wind speed is not uniform,which leads to a large difference in the quality of flue-cured tobacco in the same room,etc..In view of this problem,it can be concluded that the distribution of environmental factors in the baking room can be improved by optimizing the structure of the flue curing barn.Therefore,the following research work has been carried out in this paper:The simulation of the flow field in the chamber of the prototype barn under no-load condition shows that the distribution of the wind speed and temperature presents a great heterogeneity.After further analysis,the uniformity of wind speed and temperature distribution is optimized by optimizing the structural parameters of the chamber.There are three main structures: the size of the air outlet,the slope of the ground and the type of the diffuser.Through the orthogonal experimental design simulation of a three factors and three levels,to find the most reasonable combination of the wind speed can be evenly distributed,which uses 35.05.1 ?mm hot air outlet,%3.4 ground slope and b3 type wind plate.To load the optimal structure is the premise of a barn full of smoke containing chamber porous media simulation model under the state,and with experiments required in the simulation process of porous media had tobacco porosity,viscous resistance coefficient and inertia resistance coefficient,effective thermal conductivity and other parameters on the lower layer and the middle layer were 0.8 and 0.82,71025.4 ? and71096.3 ?,703.75 and 690.58,)/(0276.0 Kmw × and)/(02714.0 Kmw ×.The simulation results show that the wind speed can reach 0.9m/s,and the temperature difference of the barn is not more than1?.The new barn was built to optimize the structure of Anlong county in Guizhou province after,and borrow local prototype barn baking test.The 16 fixed points of wind speed during curing barn in the tobacco loading chamber and temperature values collected during the experiment,and the standard deviation of the processing,both in the two aspects of the new barn,the standard deviation is less than the prototype barn,that is to say in the curing environment the distribution uniformity of new type roast real are better than the prototype barn.In addition,baking results from the two aspects of the two algorithms were compared:(1)Energy consumption--a new type of curing barn was 0.42 yuan lower than the cost of energy consumption of the prototype /kg;(2)The quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves was higher than that of the pre curing barn,which was better than that of the intensive curing barn.Data analysis also shows that the use of a new type of baked room baked tobacco sales fold higher than the prototype barn 0.3 yuan /kg.Therefore,this study has good popularization and application value.
