Based on the theory of ultrasonic transmission in medium,after metal material cross-sectional transmission for ultrasonic sound field characteristics,through the sound field in the specific location of the sound pressure level change,explore and tubular material wall uniform degree of correlation.Theory in this paper to study the acoustic transmission tube material produced by sound field distribution in space,after analysis of the sound pressure extremum position and uniform degree of tubular material scale of extremum amplitude,sound pressure level and tubular material uniformity;Using finite element method simulation analysis of the fixed frequency acoustic transmission two-dimensional acoustic field distribution characteristics of tubular material,analyzes the sound pressure level extremum position and tube materials of wall;Design the corresponding experiment ultrasonic plane wave after metal material cross-sectional transmission of sound field distribution is studied.Theoretical analysis,simulation and experimental results show that ultrasonic plane through the tubular material sound field distribution of sound pressure level after the transmission cross section of the location of the maximum and minimum,the relationship between the amplitude can reflect the uniformity of the metal material,measure the position of the maximum value of the change,can judge the place of the metal material defect in the edge or inside;More sound field space on both sides of the maximum and minimum amplitude change degree,which can determine the external or internal defects in the site.In this paper,we study the method,through ultrasonic after a cross section of a tube material transfer sound pressure level of sound field distribution of extreme value,location distribution and the amplitude,the tube wall uniformity,can be applied for such detection provides a new technical way.In this paper,the main work includes three aspects:(1)Based on ultrasonic propagation characteristics,according to the laws of the sound wave diffraction,transmission,refraction,etc,the theoretical research of the metal material of the cross section after the ultrasonic transmission characteristics,transmission,and the sound pressure level of the acoustic field distribution characteristics are greatly value the position and shape of metal tubes material size,the maximum and minimum,and the relationship between the size of the metal material.(2)For ultrasonic after tubular material cross-sectional transmission of sound field distribution of stripe distribution characteristics and extreme value research,to the cross section of metal pipe of ultrasonic transmission acoustic simulation of finite element.Results show that after the transfer of sound field in the sound pressure level of the position of the maximum and minimum,amplitude,related to the wall uniformity of metal material.(3)Defects on the theoretical analysis and finite element simulation of metal tube,design the corresponding experiment,the cross section of two kinds of metal material distribution of the transmission of sound field after ultrasonic experiments.Under the condition of the experimental error allowed,obtained similar results with the finite element simulation.The experimental results of defects in material of metal tube shape,also shows that using the results of fixed point detection is consistent with the defects in fact.
