Changchun Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2006,pioneered the successful synthesis of high vinyl polybutadiene rubber with iron catalysts,in which the quality of vinyl is greater than 80%,with a regular degree of more than 99.9%.At the same time,when the catalysis process is not used in the past,the highly toxic CS2 solvent which is commonly used in anionic polymerization is converted to hexane solvent oil as solvent.The use of organic iron,phosphite,alkyl aluminum ternary components as a new catalytic system.The newly Syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene has good resistance to wet-slip,aging and low heat,which can be used as rubber,plastics and adhesives.At present,most research work concentrates on the synthesis of polymers,and there are few reports on their physical processing performance.The new Syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene is the same as that of polybutadiene because of the molecular properties,the fluidity is poor and the melting point is high,in the past processing,there exist the problems of dispersed particles,concentrated force and obvious phase dividing line.To explore a suitable processing technology is the only way for the Syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene to be used in the development of Polybutadiene.1.Taking the compatibility of 1,2-polybutadiene with styrene-butadiene rubber and cis-polybutadiene rubber into consideration,Styrene butadiene rubber(SBR)and Butadiene rubber process rubber blends can effectively improve the processing performance of 1,2-polybutadiene,while the production cost is reduced.Using the method of high temperature plastic refining of the mixer to improve the compatibility between syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene and butadiene rubber with SBR and polybutadiene rubber,the problem of phase demarcation is solved.It is found that the plastic refining temperature of the mixer is 150?,and the processing time is 5 minutes and the adhesive can achieve better mechanical properties.It is concluded that using Coumarone as plasticizer can effectively improve the mechanical properties of the adhesive.After modification,the tensile strength of syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene and SBR and Butadiene rubber can reach more than 10MPa and the elongation of rupture is above 300%.2.Using micro-Raman imaging spectrometer to characterize the syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene and SBR with rubber,and the benzene ring group as the indicator group.According to the different peaks of the Raman map,the dispersion uniformity between the two phases can be observed directly in the form of image,and the processing technology is guided.Compared with the previous use of toxic four osmium as a dye marking benzene ring Group observation phase dispersion,the whole process is more simple and non-toxic harmless.3.In order to explore the service life of syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene,we first compare the commonly used life prediction methods of rubber,then use the foamed EPDM rubber which is supplied by factory to predict the service life,and evaluate the prediction method based on the Arrhenius correction formula,which confirms its accuracy.At last,the tensile properties of syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene and SBR with rubber at different aging temperatures were tested by thermal air aging test.Successfully predicted the service life at different temperatures.In the 25 ? use environment,the service life is 14.08 years.
